1) in Article 13:

a) in part 1:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1) state information systems:

a) the federal information systems created based on the Federal Laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation. Requirements to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation based on which federal information systems are created are established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

b) the regional information systems created based on the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation, acts of management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;";
