About modification of some orders of the Government (area of public health)

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 825/2005 about creation of National coordination council of national programs for prevention and control HIV / СПИД-инфекции and infections, sexually transmitted, and to control of tuberculosis (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 107-109, 893), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve Regulations on National coordination council of national programs for prevention and control HIV / СПИД-инфекции and infections, sexually transmitted, and to control of tuberculosis, according to appendix No. 2.";

1.2. add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The staff of National coordination council of national programs for prevention and control HIV / СПИД-инфекции and infections, sexually transmitted, and to control of tuberculosis affirms the order of the Government.";

1.3. declare Item 3 invalid;

1.4. declare appendix No. 1 invalid.

2. The order of the Government No. 1116/2010 about public and private partnership for rendering services in the field of health care (2010, Art. No. 241-246, 1231) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

3. In the Order of the Government No. 196/2011 about approval of Sanitary regulations about the data of rather nutrition value and usefulness for health specified on foodstuff (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 46-52, 229), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
