Concerning execution of court orders of foreign states
According to international treaties which participant is the Republic of Uzbekistan execution of court orders of foreign states in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed on the basis of application of the corresponding international treaty and the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. Execution of the order contradicts sovereignty of the Republic of Uzbekistan or threatens safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
2. Execution of the order is not included into competence of economic court.
By the general rule according to international treaties and article 10 HPK RUZ the documents supplied with notarized transfer into Uzbek, or according to the Kiev agreement of March 20, 1992 "About procedure for the dispute resolution, connected with implementation of economic activity" into Russian shall be brought into economic courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Orders of foreign court shall be signed and sealed official vessels.
