Article 1

Item 2.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.1. Till January 1, 2028 requirements, stipulated in Item 3 Articles 10 and Item 7 of article 12 of this Federal Law, do not extend to the objects specified in Item 8 of this Article.";

Till January 1, 2028 solid utility waste can be placed on the subject to placement of solid utility waste operated as of January 1, 2019 and which is not entered in the state register of subjects to placement of waste or on subject to placement of solid utility waste which is entered in the state register of subjects to placement of waste and which capacity provided by the project documentation on such object is exceeded, on condition of inclusion of the specified objects by authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the list of subjects to placement of solid utility waste in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation (further - the list).
