1) in Item 1:

At the same time the list of actions which are aimed at providing safe operation of objects in connection with which placement the zone with special conditions of use of the territory in case of which accomplishment such extreme sizes can be changed is established can be provided by this provision";
b) in subitem 6 of the word of "use of the territories" shall be replaced with words "uses of the territories. At the same time the list of actions which are aimed at providing safe operation of objects in connection with which placement the zone with special conditions of use of the territory in case of which accomplishment such restrictions can be changed is established can be provided by this provision";
To add 2) with Item 26 of the following content:
"26. The provision specified in Item 1 of this Article can provide features of establishment of zones with special conditions of use of the territories in borders of the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol, borders of settlements, in particular other extreme sizes of the specified zones and (or) rules of determination of the sizes of the specified zones, other restrictions of use of the parcels of land in borders of the specified zones.".
