The second parts 3 words of "three thousand" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "five thousand", shall be replaced with words words of "twenty five thousand" "fifty thousand", shall be replaced with words words of "hundred thousand" "two hundred thousand";
The note to state 2) in the following edition:
"Notes:
1. Bear the administrative responsibility for the administrative offenses provided by this Article, the faces performing business activity without formation of legal entity as legal entities.
2. The physical persons which are applying special tax regime "Tax on the professional income", who made the administrative offense provided by part 3 of this Article bear the administrative responsibility as officials if such offense is made in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi.".
