1) in Article 161:

a) add part 8 with words ", and also in case, stipulated in Article 165.1 of this Code";

b) part 17 after words of Russian Federation to add with words ", except for case, stipulated in Article 165.1 of this Code";

2) part 2 of Article 163 to add with words ", except for case, stipulated in Article 165.1 of this Code";
