"Features of regulation of work of athletes, trainers are established by the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, collective agreements, agreements, and also local regulations adopted by employers according to requirements of article 8 of this Code taking into account opinion of elected body of primary trade-union organization, regulations approved by the all-Russian sports federations by the corresponding types or sports, the regulations approved by professional sports leagues and directed to regulation of the relations connected with participation of athletes in separate official sports competitions which are included in the list approved according to part 6 of article 25 of the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" and which organizers are such professional sports leagues (further - the separate official sports competitions organized by professional sports leagues), and also on regulation of the relations connected with carrying out with athletes of training actions for preparation for the separate official sports competitions organized by professional sports leagues.";
