1) in Article 8:

a) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The citizen of the Republic of Belarus or the organization of the Republic of Belarus, being the claimant according to the executive document on collection of children maintenance, on indemnification, caused to life or health (including about indemnification in connection with the death of the supporter), about compensation of the damage caused by the crime having the right in the statement for the direction in bank or other credit institution of such executive document to specify details of the bank account opened in the Belarusian credit institution or the account of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (its territorial authority) opened in the Belarusian bank on which it is necessary to list the collected money.";

b) regarding 3.1 words "part 2" shall be replaced with words "part 2 or 2.1";
