1) in Article 73:

a) vtoruyu.1 to add part with the offer of the following content: "This provision does not extend to the convicts to imprisonment specified in part four of this Article.";

"Article 81. Serving by convicts to imprisonment of all term of punishment in one correctional facility

1. Convicts to imprisonment shall serve all sentence of punishment, as a rule, in one correctional facility or one pre-trial detention center, including in case of appointment as it during serving of imprisonment of new punishment if at the same time the court does not change type of correctional facility.

2. Transfer of the convict for further serving sentence from one correctional facility in another of the same type is allowed to imprisonment in case of disease of the convict or for ensuring his personal security, by reorganization or liquidation of correctional facility or in the presence of other exceptional circumstances interfering further finding of the convict in this correctional facility.
