1. Approve Regulations on the single budget of the bodies of the CIS financed by budgetary funds of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the new edition it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid decisions of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Regulations on the single budget of the bodies of the CIS financed by budgetary funds of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 31, 2001 and about modification of the Regulations on the single budget of the bodies of the CIS financed by budgetary funds of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of April 16, 2004.
3. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2007, and for the State Parties which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.
It is made in the city of Minsk on November 24, 2006 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
