No. 1-2, 15, Art. 16) following changes:

1. To state part 6 of Article 1 in the following edition:

"6. According to the family legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan the rights of citizens in family are limited only for the purpose of protection of the rights, legitimate interests, morality, health of other family members and citizens.".

2. The tenth Article 14 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
