About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About enforcement proceeding"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About enforcement proceeding" of June 8, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 6, the Art. 341) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in Item 6) words "managements in areas, department of execution in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region" shall be replaced with words "managements of execution in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region and areas";

2. In Article 13:

3. In Item 1) of part 2 of Article 42 of the word of "execution of areas and department of execution in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region" shall be replaced with words "execution in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region and areas".
