Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Tajikistan" of January 2, 2018 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 3, No. 5 of the Art. 276) the following changes and amendment:

1. Exclude Article 4.

2. Regarding 3rd Article 11 "President" to replace the word with the word "Government".

3. State Article 14 in the following edition:

"Article 14. Cultural rights

Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship have the right to free participation in cultural life of society, art, scientific and technical creativity and use of their achievements in accordance with the established procedure.".

4. Add with article 19-1 of the following content:

"Article 19-1. Obligations of foreign citizens and stateless persons

The foreign citizens and stateless persons which are in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan shall:

- observe the Constitution, the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- observe and respect the rights, freedoms, honor and advantage of others;

- make thrifty use of the nature, historical and cultural monuments and other values of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- be respectful to celebrations, ceremonies and customs of the people of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- fulfill other obligations, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan.".
