Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156; No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148, No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 706; 2022, No. 7, Art. 447; 2023, No. 11, Art. 468; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 20, Art. 21, No. 3-4, Art. 156, No. 5-6, Art. 263, Art. 264) following change and amendment:

1. The thirty first Article 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the teacher – person having the average and higher education which is engaged in training and education in educational institutions;".

2. To add part 5 of Article 19 with the second offer of the following content:

"The teacher has the right to free second higher education of the pedagogical direction in public educational institutions of higher professional training.".
