About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the city halls of the cities of republican value

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 253 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 17:

state subitem 12 in the following edition:

"12) appoints to position and dismisses:

- employees of central office;

- heads and employees of interregional managements;

- deputy managers and employees of territorial subdivisions;

- deputy managers of subordinated divisions;";

add with subitem 12-1 of the following content:

"12-1) applies measures of encouragement and authority punishment according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

in subitem 13 of the word "and funds" to exclude;
