About some measures for development of air cargo carriages in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of stimulation of development of regular freight airborne transportation in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To provide to the state company "Kyrgyzaeronavigation" under the State agency of civil aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic privileges for aeronautical servicing of the aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight at least 200 (two hundred) tons performing freight transportation about take-off landing at the airports of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in case of accomplishment more 100th take-off landings in month - in the form of 10 percent from rates of charges on aeronautical servicing;

2) in case of accomplishment more 130th take-off landings in month - in the form of 15 percent from rates of charges on aeronautical servicing;

3) in case of accomplishment more 150th take-off landings in month - in the form of 20 percent from rates of charges on aeronautical servicing;

4) in case of accomplishment more 200th take-off landings in month - in the form of 20 percent from rates of charges on aeronautical servicing, and also release from payment for aeronautical servicing of aircrafts at night from 22:00 till 06:00 (local time).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
