1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 18, 2024 No. 16 "About approval of Rules of forming and accounting of target requirements, target accumulatings and payments of target accumulatings, and also charges of target requirements" the following changes and amendment:

"Total amount of target requirements is created by summing of target requirements for accounting year and the total amount of target requirements for previous periods taking into account rate of average investment revenue. At the same time from the total amount of target requirements for previous periods annual actual payments are subtracted from National fund to receivers of target accumulatings.

Thus, the total sum of target requirements (Tstity) for the end of accounting year is calculated by the following formula:

Tstity = UID % TsT50 + (Tstpred – SV) * (1+SD), where:

SV – the total amount of payments from National fund within accounting year determined according to data ENPF;

Tstpred – the amount of target requirements as of the end of the year, preceding reporting.";
