1. Determine the following major indicators and parameters of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026:

2. To National Bank together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take necessary measures for restriction in 2026 of the inflation measured by consumer price index at the level which is not exceeding 7 percent (December, 2026 by December, 2025).
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
approve the plan of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026 directed to growth of quality of life of the population and containing measures for ensuring effective work of economy and management activity;
determine together with regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom the exhaustive list of key performance indicators of work of the state organizations and economic societies in which authorized funds 50 and more percent of shares (share in authorized funds) belong to the state, including the holdings which are managing companies (in general by holding);
3.2. during 2026:
make offers on change of the indicators determined in Items 1 and 2 of this Decree taking into account actually developing external economic conditions;
take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
