Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2024 No. 326 "About establishment of features of application of penalty (penalty, penalty fee), other financial sanctions, and also other measures of responsibility for non-execution or improper execution of the agreement obligations of participation in shared-equity construction established by the legislation on shared-equity construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 13, Art. 1797; No. 53, Art. 8734; 2025, No. 25, Art. 3437).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

1. In word preamble "According to item 4 of part 1 of article 18 of the Federal Law of March 8, 2022 "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" to exclude No. 46-FZ.

2. In Item 1:

a) in paragraph ten:
