Bring in article 19.1 of the Federal Law of November 30, 1994 No. 52-FZ "About enforcement of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3302; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8318; 2024, No. 1, Art. 4; No. 51, Art. 7859) following changes:
