b) "the Federal constitutional Law" to add paragraph two after words with the words "or this Article", to add with the offer of the following content: "The religious organizations answering to the specified conditions shall bring the constituent documents into accord with the legislation of the Russian Federation and file petition for entering of information about them into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no later than March 15, 2027.";
c) add with the new paragraph third the following content:
