Bring in the Federal Law of July 2, 2013 No. 148-FZ "About aquaculture (fish breeding) and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 27, Art. 3440; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7493; 2019, No. 6, Art. 460; 2024, No. 1, Art. 55) following changes:
Chapter 3 to add 1) with Article 14.1 of the following content:
"Article 14.1. Production supervision
1. Production supervision for the purpose of this Federal Law is understood as the activities of fish-breeding farms connected with preserving the objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) including which are grown up with use of the cages and (or) other technical means intended for cultivation of objects of aquaculture in artificially created habitat.
2. Production supervision in the field of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) is exercised according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) in Article 21:
a) in part 7 of the word "before the termination of the term specified in them, but no later than January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2028";
b) in part 8 of the word "January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words "on January 1, 2028".
1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.
2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027.
