1. Take into consideration Information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan of realization of the major actions aimed at the development and increase in efficiency of interaction of the State Parties of the CIS in the economic sphere in 2003 - 2010 (is applied) approved by the Decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of September 19, 2003.

2. To the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to strengthen control over the implementation from the national ministries and departments of actions of the Plan of realization of the major actions aimed at the development and increase in efficiency of interaction of the State Parties of the CIS in the economic sphere in 2003 - 2010, having paid special attention on obligation and timeliness of accomplishment of the planned actions.

3. Charge to Executive committee of the CIS to provide annually further Information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan of realization of the major actions aimed at the development and increase in efficiency of interaction of the State Parties of the CIS in the economic sphere in 2003 - 2010 for consideration of Council of CIS Heads of Government.
