About the Program of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against human trafficking for 2007 - 2010

Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve the Program of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against human trafficking for 2007 - 2010 it (is applied).

2. The realization of joint actions of this Program is enabled by the interested State Parties of the CIS by agreement within the financial resources which are annually provided in national budgets for ensuring activities of the relevant state bodies.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery to depositary of the adequate notice.

It is made in the city of Minsk on November 28, 2006 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
