I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2023 No. 257 "About approval of Rules of calculation (determination) of the sizes, appointments, payments, suspensions, recalculation, renewal, the termination and review of the decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) the public social benefits on disability and on the occasion of loss of the supporter" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32921) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of calculation (determination) of the sizes, appointments, payments, suspensions, recalculation, renewal, the termination and the review of the decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) the public social benefit on disability approved by the specified order:

"50. The department of the State corporation based on the decision on suspension of payment of the public social benefit for disability of authorized body to destination of pensions and benefits in form according to appendix 21 to these rules stops allowance payment from the first following after month of receipt of data including from information systems, stipulated in Item 1 article 179 of the Social code.

For the purpose of ensuring timely suspension of allowance payment:

The committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly provides in the State corporation electronic lists of the missing persons who are wanted according to appendix 21-1 to these rules.";
