About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses

1) non-compliance with procedure for acceptance of information on persecution (bulling) of the child and (or) implementation of actions for identification of signs of persecution (bulling) of the child, and (or) response to them;

2) non-renderings of the help to the minors who underwent to violence and (or) ill treatment, and (or) persecution (bulling) and (or) became witnesses of violence;

3) failure to provide the relevant documents on the neglected and street children and (or) children sent to the special organizations of education and (or) the children needing special social services owing to the ill treatment which led to social disadaptation and social deprivation and (or) orphan children, and (or) the children without parental support sent to the organizations of education for orphan children and children without parental support -

attracts penalty in the amount of thirty monthly settlement indicators.

2. The violation by officials of executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of children made in type:

1) violations of terms and (or) the size, and (or) the bases of the termination of allowance payment on content of the orphan child (orphan children), and (or) child(children), the remained (remained) without care parents;
