Article 24 of the Federal Law of October 25, 2001 No. 137-FZ "About enforcement of the Land code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 44, Art. 4148; No. 12, the Art. 1202) to add 2025, with Items 3 - 8 following contents:
"3. Till January 1, 2028 in the territory of the Belgorod region, the Bryansk region or Kursk region by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation the following features of provision of the parcels of land to citizens can be provided in property free of charge or in free use:
1) possibility of provision of the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property only to the citizen who refused the rights to this parcel of land or transferred it to state-owned or municipal property in case of receipt of measures of social support during the special military operation specified in Item 1 of this Article if the refusal of the rights to this parcel of land or its transfer to the state-owned or municipal property were condition of receipt of adequate measures of social support according to regulatory legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation;
2) determination of submission due date by the citizen specified in the subitem of 1 this Item, the statement for provision of the parcel of land in property free of charge or in free use;
3) determination of the list of municipalities in which borders provision of the parcels of land is performed taking into account the features provided by this Item.
