Article 1

1) part 3.1 of Article 16 to add with words ", multipurpose service of exchange of information";

2) in Article 33:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. The record book, and to students also student ID card is free of charge provided to students (cadets). Samples of the record book and student ID card for students of the professional educational organizations affirm the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the general education. Samples of the record book and student ID card for students of the educational organizations of the higher education and the scientific organizations are established by the specified organizations independently.";

b) add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Samples of the record book and student ID card for students (cadets) of the federal state organizations performing educational activities, specified regarding 1 article 81 of this Federal Law are established by federal state bodies under which authority the relevant federal state organizations are.";
