Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2022 No. 54 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2022 No. 5 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of estimative activities concerning chambers of appraisers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 26590) the following changes:

6) gross violation – violation of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on estimative activities, the attracting administrative responsibilities provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses and also violation of conditions of creation of the self-regulatory organization based on obligatory membership;";
