About introduction of amendments to articles 9 and 10 of the Federal law "About Wine Growing and Winemaking in the Russian Federation" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 27, 2019 No. 468-FZ "About wine growing and winemaking in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 52, Art. 7786; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5173; 2023, No. 1, Art. 4; No. 25, Art. 4435; No. 43, Art. 7602) following changes:

Part 10 of Article 9 to add 1) with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) confirmation of conformity of vinogradarsky and (or) wine-making economy to condition, stipulated in Item 3 parts 7 of article 10 of this Federal Law, for the purpose of receipt of the construction license according to Item 11 of part 7 of article 51 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation and permission to commissioning of the facility according to Item 14 of part 3 of article 55 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation;";

2) in Article 10:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 10. Features of use of vinogradoprigodny lands";

b) add with parts 4 - 13 following contents:

"4. On the parcels of land from lands of agricultural purpose, including on agricultural holdings, and on the parcels of land as a part of zones of agricultural use in settlements, including zones of the agricultural holdings belonging on the property right leases or other legal cause to wine-making farms or vinogradarsky farms, are allowed construction, reconstruction and operation of capital construction projects, non-capital structures, the constructions intended for wine growing and (or) production of winemaking.
