Powers of local government bodies in the field of the relations connected with environmental protection are performed by local government bodies of intracity municipalities of the federal cities if appropriate authority is referred to powers of local government bodies of intracity municipalities of the federal cities by the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities.".
