1) in Article 17.1:

a) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. Tenders or auctions on the right of the conclusion of the agreements specified in parts 1 and 3 of this Article are carried out in the procedure established by federal antimonopoly authority taking into account general requirements to the organization and tendering, the stipulated in Article 17.3 presents of the Federal Law. The list of types of property concerning which the conclusion of the agreements specified in parts 1 and 3 of this Article can be performed by tendering in the form of tender is established by federal antimonopoly authority.";

b) recognize parts 5.1 and 6 invalid;

c) state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. The conclusion of the agreements specified in parts 1 and 3 of this Article, earlier than in ten days from the date of placement of information on results of tender or auction on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on the tendering determined by the Government of the Russian Federation is not allowed (further - the official site of the biddings).";
