About measures for the organization of activities of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of urbanization and housing;

(b) the organization of activities of National committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for sustainable development of urbanization and the housing market (further - National committee);

(c) further development of cooperation between state bodies in the field of urbanization and housing by the organization of their mutual integration;

(d) adjustment of effective cooperation with the leading foreign states and the international organizations in the field of urbanization and housing.

II. Increase in responsibility of state bodies

2. Establish procedure according to which drafts of the regulatory legal acts including the following questions are subject to obligatory approval of National committee:

(a) measures of the state support for housing construction;

(b) projects implementation of construction of housing and non-residential estates in the cities of Nukus and Tashkent, the regional centers and other agglomerations;

(c) approval of annual target figures on construction of apartment houses on arrays of "Yangi Uzbekiston" and other arrays;

(d) determination of the territories in which projects of complex construction will be realized and arrays of "Yangi Uzbekiston" are constructed.
