I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2015 No. 299 "About approval of Rules of conducting complex non-departmental examination of the feasibility statements and the design estimates intended for construction new, and also changes (reconstruction, expansions, modernization, upgrade and capital repairs) the existing buildings and constructions, their complexes, engineering and transport communications irrespective of financing sources" (No. 10722) the following amendment is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on April 15, 2015:

add Item 69-1 with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4) investment projects on construction of facilities of the city of Ala Tau of Almaty region".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
