I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2018 No. 196 "About approval of Rules of acquisition by subsoil users and their contractors of the goods, works and services used when carrying out transactions on investigation or hydrocarbon production" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17122) the following changes and amendment:

14) to be reworded as follows the subitem:

add with the subitem 15) of the following content:

"15) tax statements, stipulated in Article 114 Tax codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the last three years are absent or is provided with zero indicators.

The variation according to this subitem of bids of potential suppliers in case of acquisition is not allowed I RUB, annual amount in which value term does not exceed the MRP twenty-thousandfold size, and producers.
