Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5130; 2020, No. 24, Art. 3738; 2021, No. 1, Art. 56; No. 27, Art. 5049; 2023, No. 16, Art. 2761; 2024, No. 1, Art. 66; No. 48, Art. 7199; 2025, No. 9, Art. 857; No. 47, Art. 7052) following changes:

1) in Article 56:

a) to add item 4 of part 7 after words of Russian Federation with the words "taking into account provision of part 7.1 of this Article";

b) add with part 7.1 following of content:

"7.1. The customers of target training specified in Items 10 and 10.1 of part 1 of article 71.1 of this Federal Law having the right to establish the requirement to citizens about development by them of the educational program of the secondary general education providing profile training of agrarian orientation in the territory of the rural settlement or other settlement with population to 50 thousand people (except for the administrative center of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation). In case of realization of such right by the place of implementation by the citizen of labor activity in the agreement on target training the organization located in subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which secondary general education, in the rural settlement or other settlement with population to 50 thousand people was got is determined (except for the administrative center of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation).";
