Article 1

1) Item 13 of part 1 of Article 14 to add with words ", approval of methodical instructions for the organization of biomedical support of athletes of sports national teams of the subjects of the Russian Federation (including the athletes playing adaptive sports) developed by the medical organization subordinated to the federal executive body performing powers on the organizations of biomedical support of athletes of sports national teams of the Russian Federation, and also establishment of procedure for development of such methodical instructions";

2) part 3 of Article 42.1 after the word "affirms" to add with the words "according to stipulated in Item 13 parts 1 of article 14 of this Federal Law the methodical instructions approved by the federal executive body performing powers on the organization of biomedical support of athletes of sports national teams of the Russian Federation".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
