Part 4 of article 20 after words of "harm (damage), development and approval" to add 2) with the word of "list";

3) Article 21 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Decisions on holding preventive visit, on the announcement of caution, on holding the control (supervising) action providing interaction with controlled person, acts (including acts of impossibility of carrying out) control (supervising) action, preventive action, control (supervising) action within the special mode of the state control (supervision), the instruction about elimination of the revealed violations are drawn up by means of entering of information about them into the unified register of control (supervising) actions and their signing.
