About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "About space activities" and the Federal Law "About the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos

Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of August 20, 1993 No. 5663-I "About space activities" (The Russian newspaper, 1993, on October 6; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 50, Art. 5609; 2018, No. 11, Art. 1581; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8320; 2024, No. 18, Art. 2402) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 5:

a) the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"establishes procedure and features of acceptance, processing, storage, distribution and provision of the data obtained from the spacecrafts created at the expense of means of the federal budget (further - the state spacecrafts);";

b) add with paragraphs the seventeenth and eighteenth the following content:

"establishes procedure for planning of space shootings from the state spacecrafts;

determines the organization performing planning of space shootings from the state spacecrafts, acceptance, processing, storage, distribution and provision of the data obtained from the state spacecrafts, and its power.";

2) in Article 31:

a) in Item 1 of the word "from the spacecrafts created at the expense of means of the federal budget (further-the state spacecrafts)" shall be replaced with words "from the state spacecrafts";

b) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
