About further enhancement of system of the prevention and anti-corruption in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of consecutive continuation of state policy in the field of the prevention and anti-corruption, further improvement of line items of our country in the international ratings and indexes, and also I decide raisings on the new activity level of the Agency on anti-corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Determine the priority directions of raising on qualitatively new public policy level in the field of the prevention and anti-corruption till 2030:
(a) creation of professional and effective system of anti-corruption in state bodies and the organizations, economic societies, in authorized fund (authorized capital) of which the state share constitutes 50 percent and more (further - state bodies and the organizations);
(b) the prevention of system corruption cases by early determination of corruptogenic factors and implementation of preventive mechanisms instead of fight against corruption effects;
(c) expansion of implementation and effective use of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence;
(d) consecutive continuation and regular enhancement of policy of openness in activities of state bodies and organizations.
2. Approve the Plan of measures for raising for qualitatively new level of realization of state policy in the field of the prevention and anti-corruption according to appendix No. 1*.
3. Assign to Agency on anti-corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) the following additional tasks on implementation of preventive mechanisms in the field of anti-corruption:
(a) forming of single law-enforcement practice and rendering the methodical help in the prevention of corruption in state bodies and the organizations;
(b) implementation of National system of certification of management of anti-corruption in state bodies and the organizations;
