About measures of increase in indicators of transportation of passengers on rail transport along local routes till 2030

For the purpose of increase in share of transportation of passengers on rail transport along suburban, long-distance and interregional routes, ensuring provision to the population of safe transport services, scope of all regions of the republic with the message of high-speed and high-speed electric trains, and also determinations of the subsequent perspectives of activities for transportation of passengers on rail transport I decide:

I. Purposes and perspective indicators

1. Determine main objective of this resolution increase in annual figure of transportation of passengers on rail transport by local routes till 2030 with 10,5 of one million to 23,5 of one million, and also finishing quantity of the directions organized along routes of electric trains with 40 to 53.

2. Approve:

(a) Target indicators of development of activities for transportation of passengers on rail transport in 2026 - 2030 according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) The list of traffic routes of electric trains in the local directions in 2026 - 2030 according to appendix No. 2 *;

(c) The development program of infrastructure of transportation of passengers on rail transport and updates of railway vehicles in 2026 - 2030 according to appendix No. 3*.

II. Improvement of infrastructure of transportation of passengers on rail transport

3. Determine priority tasks of the Ministry of transport and JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari in the field of development of activities for transportation of passengers on rail transport:

(a) ensuring unconditional goal achievement and the perspective indicators specified in appendices No. 1 - 3 * to this resolution, accomplishment of the development program of infrastructure and updating of railway vehicles;

(b) the organization since 2026 of movement of high-speed electric trains in the Tashkent — Urgench — Khiva direction on rail line Bukhara-Khiva 465 km long on which works on electrification are complete;
