Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1188-VIKD of June 25, 2024 "About introduction of amendments to the Family code of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. To the second offer of the second paragraph of Item 3.2 of "Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 145 of October 31, 2003.
