2. In the "Rules of state registration of acts of civil status" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 145 of October 31, 2003. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 110, 124, No. 9, Articles 1061, 1067; Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 534 of December 24, 2024 and No. 558 of December 29, 2025, No. 12 of January 22, 2025) to make the following changes:
2.1. On Item 3.3:
