1. In the "Rules of return of illegally withheld or overpaid state fee" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 98 of June 24, 2002. (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 6, Article 382 (volume I)) to make the following changes:
1.1. In Items 3.1 and 3.2 to replace figure "20" with figure "10";
