Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1185-VIQD of June 25, 2024 "About introduction of amendments to the Family code of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

In part 3 of "Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 145 of October 31, 2003. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, of Article 110, of 124, No. 9, of Article 1061, of 1067) to make the following changes:

1. In the first paragraph of Item 3.3 after the words "among the persons which did not undergo physical examination" to add the word "among foreigners or stateless persons, one or both from which illegally are in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic".

2. Add Item 3.3-1 of the following content:

"3.3-1. If one or both persons wishing to marry are foreigners or stateless persons, the copy of the document confirming their presence or accommodation in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic on legal causes (taking into account requirements of the second and third offers of Item 1.7 of this provision) is enclosed to the application".
