2. In the "Rules of state registration of acts of civil status" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 145 of October 31, 2003. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, of Article 110, of 124, No. 9, of Article 1061, of 1067) to make the following changes:
2.1. Add subitem 1.14-1 of the following content:
"1.14-1. Information specified in registration certificates of acts of civil status can be provided (is received) through EIS. Submission of information specified in the appropriate certificate about civil registration through EIS is considered equivalent to submission of this certificate".
2.2. In Item 1.18 of the word "it is accepted on registration" to replace with the word "is registered";
2.3. In the second paragraph of Item 2.23 of the word "it is not accepted on registration" shall be replaced with words "is not registered";
