Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 No. 1982-XII "About environmental protection" the following changes:
1. In paragraph five of Item 6 of Article 21 of the word "the technical regulatory legal acts obligatory for observance by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance".
2. To exclude from item 4 of Article 33 of the word "and accreditations of conformity assessment bodies".
3. To add Item 6 of article 60 after words of "activities of the individual entrepreneur" with words "(except as specified when legal acts provide transition of the rights and obligations of the individual entrepreneur to the commercial organization)".
4. To add Item 2 of Article 103 with the words "Republic of Belarus".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 1992 No. 2020-XII "About economic societies" the following changes:
in paragraph five of part two of the word "or the individual entrepreneur which will be" shall be replaced with words "which will be";
in part three of the word "or the individual entrepreneur which will be" shall be replaced with words "which will be".
2. 35, of the paragraph of third of part eight of Article 39 and the paragraph of the eleventh the word "(managing director)" in the corresponding case to exclude Article 50 parts one from the paragraph of the eighth of part one of Article.
3. To exclude from part nine of Article 53 of the word "or to the individual entrepreneur (managing)".
4. To exclude from part one of Article 82 of the word "or managing director".
