About simplification of procedures in construction and connection of objects to distribution engineering networks

For the purpose of simplification of procedure of architectural and construction activities, including in the existing building of settlements, and also procedure for construction and connection of objects to distribution engineering networks:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of construction or reconstruction on the parcel of land provided for construction and servicing of the single-family apartment house, the state organizations * the single-family apartment house of the fifth class of complexity (further – the single-family apartment house) and (or) non-residential capital constructions of the fifth class of complexity (further – capital constructions) in rural settlements ** based on the passport of the builder the specified passport can be constituted in the reduced structure determined by the Ministry of Architecture;

* For the purposes of this Decree the state organizations are understood as the unitary enterprises, national associations and other legal entities whose property is in property of the Republic of Belarus or its administrative and territorial unit and more than 50 percent having the right to accomplishment of installation and construction works on objects of the first or fourth of classes of complexity are assigned to them on the right of economic maintaining or operational management, and also the organization from shares of the state in authorized fund.
