About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the organization of employment relationships in the conditions of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. Item 4 of part one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255; 2024, 19, 78) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"4) at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which are crucial for ensuring requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming or functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period, including final beneficial owners of such companies who are not their workers.
Persons liable for call-up employees of the companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of quantity reserved which are crucial for ensuring requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming or functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period in the field of defense industry complex, in which are absent are also subject to booking or military and accounting documents and/or which do not stay on the military registry and/or which did not specify the personal data specified in the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather single questions of passing of military service, mobilization and military accounting" of April 11, 2024 to No. 3633-IX, and/or wanted for abuse of regulations of military accounting, the legislation on defense are processed in an inadequate way to mobilization preparation and mobilization. The term of booking of such persons liable for call-up of workers cannot exceed 45 calendar days from the date of execution of an employment agreement. At the same time booking is provided to such person liable for call-up to the worker one once no more calendar year.
