About payment terms of work of the workers occupied in the preparation and projects implementation financed by international financial institutions and the donor countries

For the purpose of enhancement of wages system of workers of the projects realized within the state investments and the technical assistance financed by international financial institutions and the donor countries through the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the sizes of official pay rates of the workers occupied in the preparations and projects implementation financed by international financial institutions and the donor countries, performed within the state investments and technical assistance through the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Establish the following allowances to official pay rate of the above-stated workers:

1) by preparation and/or realization:

- two projects - in the amount of 15 percent;

- three projects - in the amount of 20 percent;

- four and more projects - in the amount of 25 percent;

2) for work experience in the international projects:

- from three to five years - in the amount of 10 percent;

- over five years - in the amount of 20 percent.

3. To provide to the state bodies which are the executive agencies on the projects financed by international financial institutions and the donor countries within the state investments and technical assistance monthly income tax withholding and contributions to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic from the salary of the workers replacing the positions specified in appendix according to the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of social insurance.
